Email support for Outlook 2010.
Open Outlook. Click on the file menu, then click on the add account button.

Click in the circle next to “Manually configure server settings or additional server types.

Click the circle next to “Internet email”.

Enter your name, email address and the server addresses as shown below, then click on more settings.

Click the “Outgoing Server” tab. Make sure to click in the box next to ” My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication.

Click on the “Advanced” tab. Where is says “Outgoing server (SMTP) there is a box that has “25” in it. Change the “25” to “587”. Click ok to close this window.

Click on the Test Account Settings button. You should see this window if the tests are successful.

Congratulations Outlook 2010 is ready to send and receive email.
