If you are experiencing poor quality of TV signal such as pixelation, slow response, or even no picture, repowering your Set Top Box is your main weapon to resolve issues or improve performance. This means a physical unplugging of the power cable from the wall outlet and then plugging back in. If this does not resolve your issue, please contact customer service.
